I am a licensed clinical psychologist in both New York and Pennsylvania. My clinical practice is primarily in the Lehigh Valley, where I have lived since 2013.

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University (TX), where I also completed specialized training in Diagnostic Assessment & Testing and Developmental Psychology. Before that, I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pace University (NY) and graduated summa cum laude with my undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College (NY).

My passion for mental health began when I was 17, working as a residence counselor at a nonprofit organization. Since then, I’ve gained experience in a variety of settings—from outpatient clinics and residential treatment centers to state psychiatric hospitals and community-based practices here in the Lehigh Valley.

I work with individuals of all ages, providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I’ve also partnered with local courts to conduct assessments for youth involved with truancy or delinquency issues.
What I love most about my work is supporting people through life’s transitions—whether that’s starting a new school, managing relationship changes, coping with grief, or navigating developmental and academic challenges. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported every step of the way.
I also specialize in psychological and neuropsychological testing and have been conducting evaluations since 2005. I collaborate closely with local schools, healthcare providers like LVHN and St. Luke’s, and families to assess learning differences, ADHD, autism, mood concerns, and more. Additionally, I offer health-related evaluations such as pre-bariatric and cognitive capacity assessments.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania.
I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University. I went on to receive my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. My clinical work in the field was completed at a private practice based in Philadelphia.
Having experienced therapy from both sides, I understand how vulnerable it can feel. That’s why I focus on making our sessions feel more like a natural conversation than a chore. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and supported—somewhere you can talk openly about what’s on your mind. I offer a nonjudgmental perspective to help you better understand your situation and explore possible solutions together

I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques and solution-focused strategies to help you explore your current situation and gain insight into your tendencies and behaviors. Sometimes we notice habits or behaviors that seem unhelpful or unnecessary in our daily lives. Other times, we realize these behaviors have actually served a purpose—protecting us from uncomfortable thoughts or emotions or offering some kind of benefit.
My intention is to create a supportive space that encourages and validates your vulnerability through active listening, genuine care and empathy, and client-focused dialogue.
While I have worked with a diverse group of clients, I most enjoy couples-work, or individual sessions that focus on life-issues, identify development, and transitions.
My preferred demographic is 16+

I am a certified perinatal mental health professional with extensive experience supporting clients across the lifespan. My education and training have given me over a decade of clinical expertise in individual, family, and couples therapy, with a specialized focus in psychological assessment, autism evaluations, behavioral intervention, and perinatal mental health.
I am also a Licensed Behavior Specialist and have in-depth clinical experience working with families, other clinicians, schools, and medical providers within the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) model.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Immaculata University and hold a Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College and a Bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College.
My clinical background includes working in private practice, outpatient clinics, intensive outpatient programs, and community-based services, all of which have shaped my flexible and comprehensive approach to care.

What I enjoy most about this work is connecting with the community and supporting people through life’s challenges. I’m passionate about helping my clients recognize and build on their existing strengths, develop new skills, and deepen their self-awareness. I believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration, compassion, and a commitment to personal growth, and I strive to bring that spirit to every session.
I have developed a personal interest in working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental challenges, and complex psychological presentations. While I am clinically trained in various models of psychotherapy, I find myself gravitating towards cognitive-behavioral principals mixed with a person-centered approach. This integrative style blends empathy and genuine compassion with evidenced-based, individualized care, in order to help clients foster growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.
